Dwayne Carter or highly known by the stage name Lil Wayne also considered “Best Rapper Alive” is an rapper, executive from New Orleans, Louisiana. Lil Wayne began rapping at the age of 8 years old and was discovered by Brian “Birdman” Williams and was sign to his label Cash Money Records at age 11. After obsessively calling Birdman’s phone he took way in under his wing and then on Lil Wayne began his career with the new upcoming group the “Hot Boyz” which included Juvenile, Turk, B.g, and Lil Wayne. The Hot Boyz debut album “Get it How You Live” was released in 1997. After a couple years with the Hot Boyz, Wayne decided to launch his own solo career. His debut album “Tha Block Is Hot” had went to sell over a million copies and the album certified as double platinum. From then on Wayne has put out many albums and many mixtapes. He working “Tha Carter 5” which in he says after will be his final studio album.
